1. Introduction

To register and maintain an account with asia818, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the asia818 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by shared device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of your details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. asia818 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

We are required to conduct KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your MyKad (National Identity Card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and/or proof of payment method. Failure to provide these documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on asia818 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include, but are not limited to: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available channels may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the platform cashier at all times.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in your name. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Transaction Fees: asia818 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, asia818 offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion will state its own specific wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on the products specified in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• asia818 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, provided those bonuses were obtained in good faith.
• Players found to be abusing bonus schemes — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns designed solely to clear bonuses, or collusion — will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed on asia818 — whether on sports markets via our Sportsbook, Mix Parlay accumulators, slot games, live casino tables, or 4D lottery draws — are subject to the specific product rules displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the product rules shall take precedence for that product.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only deemed accepted once you have received a confirmed bet receipt or transaction ID from our system. Bets in a "pending" state have not been confirmed. asia818 reserves the right to void or decline any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each betting interface. asia818 may adjust these limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Results and Settlements

All bet settlements are based on official results as reported by recognised governing bodies or data providers. In the event of a disputed result, asia818 may delay settlement until the outcome is officially confirmed. Settled bets will not be reversed unless a clear and demonstrable error occurred on our part.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asia818 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; you are required to report any such bugs to our support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software or security systems.
• Using the platform while knowingly subject to a self-exclusion order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the asia818 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of asia818 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asia818 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

• KYC documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• An account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Upon closure of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Funds tied to unmet wagering requirements or bonuses obtained in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that voluntary closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations to asia818.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. You may submit a formal complaint to our support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority as determined by the Company's licensing framework.

13. Amendments to These Terms

asia818 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to your registered address. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the asia818 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
